8eight Vol. 1 - The First

They may have a perfectly pop name, but newcomer trio 8eight has plenty of talent to back them up. Formed by leader Lee Hyun, rapper Baek Chan, and female vocalist Joo Hee, 8eight emerged as the winner of MBC's Show Vival, a reality show that pitted Korea's newcomers against each other in a survival-of-the-strongest singing competition. The group's stage presence, vocal talents, and R&B/soul musical style have earned them comparisons to Black Eyed Peas. The group's 10-track debut album, The First, includes their hit songs "Losing Love, I Sing a Song" (Track 1) and "Can We Love?" (Track 2). They also collaborated with Wonder Girls, Lim Jeong Hee, K.will, and V.O.S in this album.
