Petite, energetic, and cute as a button, Taiwanese singer Achel Chang, better known by her nickname Xiao Xiao Yu, became a familiar name in 2006 after releasing her debut album and starring in the idol drama The Legend of Star Apple. She's continued to stay busy on the television end, recently appearing in the drama My Best Pals, and now she's releasing the EP Jia You Ba! Xiao Xiao Yu. The 21-year-old singer's new musical release comes with four songs filled with youth and dreams. If life comes in many layers, then "Kissing Fish" is Xiao Xiao Yu's attempt to create the layered story of her life, with a packed MV that features punk, ballet, swimming, jazz, and sign language. Other tracks to look forward to include "Green Apple" and "That's What You Think".
